Why we collect it

We use your details only to contact you about your quote, arrange a site visit, and carry out and follow up on any work you book with us. We won't send you marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Quote requests from this website are delivered to our email inbox through a form service called Web3Forms, which may process the information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.

Apart from this, we only share your information if you agree to it, or if the law requires us to.

How we keep it safe

We keep your details in password-protected email and business systems, and only our team members who need them can see them. We delete quote requests that don't go ahead after two years.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days.
